We do a tremendous amount of commercial work, especially in the restaurant and hospitality industries. And we credit James Beard Award-winning chef and restaurateur Gerard Craft with getting us started. Many years ago, he saw our work in St. Louis magazine, and thus began a relationship that has spanned nearly 10 years and five establishments.
We crafted the tables for his critically acclaimed restaurant Niche, and we’ve gone on to craft tables and fixtures for many of his other restaurants, including Pastaria Nashville, Taste, Porano Pasta, Cinder House at the Four Seasons, and the superb and sublime Sardella.
Sardella is a foodies’ paradise and one of the most Instagrammable restaurants in America, according to Food Network Magazine. We couldn’t agree more. Below are some of the pieces we custom-made for the Clayton-based restaurant:
